Welcome to my World
Born in France, I immigrated to Canada at the age of 21. I studied anthropology up to my master's degree, my main focus being on the “anthropology of religions” and “ethnography of the body”. In parallel of my studies, I worked in the Montreal artistic community as a fine-art model and then as a photographer. I shave become pecialized in the research of movement and the investigation of the emotional body. I also teach yoga, more precisely the non-dual Kashmiri approach, a tradition on which I wrote my master's thesis and whose precepts I use to explore the body in art.
Today, I combine my academic discipline and my artistic and yogic experiences to teach photography, follow artists in their artistic process, do research and write articles around subjects such as spirituality, art or the environment. .
Bienvenu dans mon monde
Né en France, j’ai émigré au Canada à 21 ans. J'ai étudié l'anthropologie jusqu'à la maîtrise, mes sujets de prédilection étant l’anthropologie des religions et l’ethnographie du corps. J’ai en parallèle évolué dans le milieu artistique Montréalais comme modèle artistique puis photographe. Je me suis spécialisée dans la recherche du mouvement et l’investigation du corps émotion. J’enseigne aussi le yoga, plus. précisément l’approche non-duelle cachemirienne, tradition sur laquelle j’ai écrit mon mémoire de maitrise et dont j’utilise les precepts pour explorer le corps en art.
Aujourd'hui, je combine ma discipline académique et mes expériences artistique et yogique pour enseigner la photographie, accompagner des artistes dans leur processus artistique, faire de la recherche et écrire des articles autour de sujets comme la spiritualité, l’art ou l’environnement.
